Refund Policy

Because Bluebonnet Paper Studio products are made to order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or personalized/customized selections unless required by applicable law.
